Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: ⸻ Deposit A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. * Any changes made within 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee * Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances ⸻ Rescheduling Policy Your deposit may only be transferred one time if rescheduling is done within the 72-hour notice period. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required for any future booking. ⸻ Multiple Services Policy If multiple services are booked in one appointment: * The deposit remains non-refundable * Any service canceled within 72 hours will still be charged * If there is not enough time due to late arrival, any remaining service(s) will be charged in full ⸻ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided: * 5–10 minutes late: $15 late fee * 10+ minutes late: Appointment is automatically canceled * You will be charged 60% of each booked service as a cancellation fee ⸻ Arrival, Parking & Client Readiness Self-parking is available, including a designated free parking spot for clients. * Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to receive your key card for parking access * Arriving at your scheduled appointment time to pick up the key card will result in being considered late ($15 late fee applies) Early Arrival Notice: * Do NOT arrive more than 10 minutes early * I may still be with another client and unable to assist you * If you arrive early, you are responsible for your own parking costs * Early arrivals beyond 10 minutes must be approved in advance via message ⸻ Client Readiness Policy To ensure each appointment runs smoothly and on time, clients are kindly asked to come prepared for their service. * Please arrive with inspiration photos ready before your appointment begins * Have a general idea of your preferred colors, shape, and design direction * Since appointments are scheduled back-to-back, being prepared helps ensure your full service time is used effectively To maintain a consistent schedule for all clients, each appointment must begin and end on time so that the next client can be accommodated without delays. This helps ensure every client receives the same quality and attention. If you are unsure about your design, feel free to message me ahead of time so we can plan your set properly. ⸻ Guest Policy * No extra guests are allowed * No children are permitted in the appointment space * If you would like to bring a friend, you must request approval before your appointment time ⸻ No-Show Policy Failure to show up without notice will result in being charged the cancellation fee.
